The Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness
Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness (The Alliance) offers community outreach, education, awareness, and prevention of the various eating disorders currently plaguing our nation.   
 
National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders  
ANAD promotes eating disorder awareness, prevention and recovery through supporting, educating, and connecting individuals, families and professionals.

The National Association of Males with Eating Disorders (NAMED)
NAMED provides support for males affected by eating disorders, access to collective expertise, and promote the development of effective clinical intervention and research in this population.

RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization offering help and support for victims and their families.  
 
The National Domestic Violence Hotline
National Domestic Violence Hotline is a vital link to safety for women, men, children and families affected by domestic violence. We are available 24/7 to talk confidentially with anyone experiencing domestic violence, seeking resources or information, or questioning unhealthy aspects of their relationship.
 
Kristi House, Inc.
Kristi House,a private, non-profit organization in Miami provides a healing environment for all child victims of sexual abuse and their families, regardless of income, through prevention, treatment and coordination of services with our community partners.
 
Darkness to Light
Our programs raise awareness of the prevalence and consequences of child sexual abuse by educating adults about the steps they can take to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to the reality of child sexual abuse.
 
Kid Safe Foundation
Kid Safe Foundation works tirelessly to prevent child sexual abuse, bullying and internet dangers by providing education programs to children, seminars to parents, workshops to teachers and counselors and training’s to all professionals working with children.

A free membership organization for individuals with a desire to stop drinking. Website includes information on the organization and how to find a meeting.
 
Children of Alcoholics Foundation
Provides information on alcohol and drug basics, including resources for children and teens, adults, parents in recovery, and relatives and other caregivers.
 
Narcotics Anonymous
A free membership organization that provides guidance and support to individuals experiencing and recovering from drug addictions.
 
National Association for Children of Alcoholics 
Provides information and assistance to children and families affected by alcoholism and other drug dependencies. Website includes State and local resources.
 
National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence
Helps individuals affected by substance abuse. Website includes information on the prevention, intervention, and treatment of substance abuse.
 
National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism
Supports and conducts research on the causes, consequences, treatment, and prevention of alcoholism and alcohol-related problems. Website includes fact sheets and brochures for the public.
 
National Institute on Drug Abuse
Provides information and publications based on recent drug abuse research findings in order to improve substance abuse prevention, treatment, and policy.
 
National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
Dedicated to eliminating birth defects caused by alcohol consumption during pregnancy and to improving the quality of life for those affected by fetal alcohol syndrome/fetal alcohol effect.
